The Story:
A bracing walk along cliff tops is one way of imaging Mr Shao's refreshing and crisp tea. Curly sea-green leaves from high mist-covered mountains produce an exquisitely delicate tea with a lingering sweetness.
How to Enjoy:
Use approximately 1 tsp per cup; use fresh, boiled water cooled to around 75ºC and infuse for 1/2 minutes.
Re-Infuse to explore the leaves.
