At a guess, your
faithful old favourite tea is probably black tea - malty assam, citrusy Darjeeling or smokey Lapsang Souchong.
Black tea is fully oxidised and very satisfying. Enjoy any time you need an invigorating lift (first thing in the morning) or a feel-good, comforting moment (afternoon gossip with friends)! Black tea is a brilliant anti-oxidant rich, blood sugar lowering and heart-boosting cup of tea!
Our tip: make a pot of tea, get the biscuit tin and grab the papers - that's what Sunday mornings are for! To enjoy black tea, take 1 heaped teaspoon of leaves and steep with hotter water (95c), for longer (3-4 mins) and to a stronger flavour.
