At a guess, your
favourite tea is probably black tea - malty English
Breakfast, citrusy Darjeeling Second Flush or smokey Lapsang Souchong - ours is! Black tea, oxidised (that gives its colour) and then baked, really packs a punch. Each tea's tastes and aromas are completely different but always very satisfying. Enjoy any time you need an invigorating lift (first thing in the morning) or a feel-good, comforting moment (afternoon gossip with friends)! Black tea is a brilliant anti-oxidant rich, blood sugar lowering and heart-boosting cup of tea!
Neil's tip: Make a pot of tea, get the biscuit tin, grab the papers and put 5 live on the radio. Neil's favourite Saturday afternoon treat. To enjoy black tea, take 1 heaped teaspoon of leaves and steep with hotter water (95c), for longer (3-4 mins) and to a stronger flavour.
