The story:

Our very special Matcha is shade-grown and stone-milled in Japan's most prestigious tea area, Uji, just as was over half a millennium ago. Just 40g is made an hour! Enjoyed in Japananese tea ceremony, this Matcha is very, very special.

Matcha gives you steady, slow-release energy, is packed with anti-oxidants and is full of vitamins A, C and E. A relaxing yet stimulating tea with a moreish bitter-sweet taste.

Indulge in your own tea ceremony: whisk 1½-2 chasku (scoops) into frothy usucha (thin tea) or 3 scoops for koicha (thick tea). Sip and enjoy!

Keep open matcha (ideally in the tin we send it with) in the freezer.
