"Pure, refined and fruity - the queen of tea!"
It may now be on-trend thanks to celebrity enthusiasts, but white tea has been grown high in the spectacular Zheijiang mountains around Xi Zu, China, for centuries. The downy, silvery buds are plucked in spring just before they open and reveal the pure clean flavour of peaches, lychees and ripe pears. Rare and special, this is white tea at its best and the ultimate guilt-free luxury.
How To Enjoy: Use approximately 1 tsp per cup; use fresh, boiled water cooled to around 80C and infuse for 2/3 minutes.
Re-infuse to explore the leaves.
p.s Perfect chilled over ice.
