The leaves grow among wild flowers on Jiri Shan Mountain, Bosong, which accounts for the sweet, fresh flavour. How To Enjoy: Use approximately 1 tsp per cup; use fresh, boiled water cooled to around 65ºC and infuse for 1/2 minutes.
