The Story:
Although not as well known for its tea as some countries, this spectacular and rare tea is proof enough that South Korea may be a sleeping giant. The leaves grow among wild flowers on Jiri Shan Mountain, which accounts for the sweet, fresh flavour. Uplifting and moreish, this biscuity green tea will brighten up the most challenging days. Rare and restorative, this is a pick-me-up tea of considerate character.
How To Enjoy:
Use approximately 1 tsp per cup; use fresh, boiled water cooled to around 65ºC and infuse for 1/2 minutes.
