Produced by the Mannong Project, a fair-trade cooperative, in the heart of a 1500-year-old ancient forest in Yunnan, China, this is one of our favourite everyday baked pu-erh teas. This captivating infusion is deep, dark, sweet and smooth. The blend of ripe fermented vintages achieves a consistently deep, earthy and sweet tea with a smooth mouth feel and a woody, soothing finish. This tea is incredibly grounding.
How to Enjoy: Use approximately 1 tsp per cup; use fresh, just-off-boiled water and infuse for 3/4 minutes.
