Grown on the Makaibari Estate in Kurseong, West Bengal, by the estate's 4th generation tea planter, Swaraj Kumar Banerjee known as Rajah. The garden has produced amazing Darjeeling for centuries. This delicate tea is bursting with character and flavour thanks to the sun, mist and warm rain of the high-altitude Himalayas. A crisp, floral tea with a fruity, nutty edge, it is refreshing and clean but also incredibly indulgent. The essential ingredient for a sumptuous afternoon tea.
How To Enjoy:
Use approximately 1 tsp per cup; use fresh, just-off-boiled water and infuse for 3 minutes.
Re-infuse to explore the leaves.
