Our privacy policy assures that we never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence. We respect your privacy.
Secure payment is your prime concern when purchasing online, so we use the latest technology to ensure that all your personal and card details remain completely confidential.
We use the Protx VSP System (128-bit SSL). It encrypts all your personal information, including credit or debit card numbers. This encryption creates lots and lots of different code combinations, so every transaction is totally secure.
We accept payment by credit/debit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Delta). All credit/debit card sales are subject to the usual authorisation.
Our prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate.
Postage and packaging is calculated by the weight of your shopping basket and added at the point of checkout.
Our returns policy assures you that whilst we make every effort to ensure you receive the correct products in the best condition, should you receive anything that you are not entirely happy with we will happily exchange or refund your purchase.
Should you receive a product that has been damaged en route, please let us know within 7 working days of receiving the faulty item and we'll happily exchange your purchase.

hello@lahlootea.co.uk or call Tidus on 0117 3292249 and we will provide you with our Freepost returns address so you can return the products to us at no charge to yourself. We aim to be available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. At other times, please leave a message, and we will ring you back as soon as we can.
Cancellations may be made at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Please notify us of cancellation by emailing hello@lahlootea.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number.
You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but within 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please return the goods to Lahloo Pantry, 12 Kings Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 4AB, unopened together with the original invoice. We will refund you the purchase price of the goods once we have received the returned order.
